Lovely apartment with beautiful view to mountains in a great place to stay for long time. We were here for eight nights and even started to call it our home. Owners were very kind and helpful. First few days the weather wasn't great and there were a little cold at first nights, but owner turned on heating so we could feel warm and cozy. In addition they prepared a "bad weather gift" for us - a delicious self made cake, jam from self grown berries and peppermint tea.

Amazing cleanliness and fresh air, lovely atmosphere and furnitures, great view from the big balcony, comfortably bed and even some nice gestures, like instant coffee was left for breakfast. There was mini fridge in the wardrobe and hairdryer in the bathroom.

Property is beautifull and cosy outside and inside. Parking is for free. The room is simple but extremly clean. The owner is great, talkactive and honest person. Food is G-R-E-A-T! Location is the best. In 30min you can get to Ski Circus, Zell am See, Kaprun, Kitsbuhel, Gerlos Alpenstrasse, Glossglockner Strasse(closed winter season). The village is very nice and cosy. The stuff is very nice. In Koch Pension I spent great, great, great time!!

Excellent stay in an A+++ apartment. Very good communication with owners. @arrival, Barbara was a very welcoming hostess. Appt was very clean & spacious. Everything in the appt. is of very high quality. There's ample parking. Free sauna. We had a small problem with the digital lock. Was fixed within half an hour. Skilift in Kaprun centre is a 5 min drive. We would gladly stay again !!

Everything was great! Perfect location of the appartment for hiking in the summer. The appartment looks just like in the photos. We were with our dog (big breed), and the owners didn't make any problems. There was car park just in front of the building. As someone mentioned before, there is a train station nearby, but it didn't bother us at all. We wholeheartedly recommend this place for staying in Kaprun !

Hotel is very nice, clean and with lot of content. Food is very good and high quality. Stuff ate very nice always ready ti help. Pools on the top of hotel are very nice with beautiful view on the Glacer. All the recomandation to this hotel.

Kaprun ski resort was around 15 min car drive, Kitzbuhel was about 30 minutes.

The biggest plus was facilities as kitchen which is prepared if you want cook something, in two rooms are TV’s and if you’re going here at winter, than before main door u have small space with lock for skis or snowboards. The host was extremely friendly and helpful since booking and during our stay. We stayed in a studio, but had all the needed comfort. The guesthouse rooms are nicely renovated, but the place still has a vintage charm that is shown through some preserved details and an authentic common room in the basement. Convenient location with a small ski slope reachable by foot and some bigger resorts just a short drive away. Would definately stay here again.TinaFamily with young children

The location of Gästehaus Johannes is very central to the skiing resorts of Saalbach, Kaprun & Zell am See. Fantastic skiing is guaranteed! The apartment was modern with an Austrian feeling,it was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. The owner’s are a very nice and helpful family, nothing was too much effort!
