Beautifully situated on a south hillside of Pirin mountain, the hotel has lovely park zones, unique architecture and SPA center with thermal water from own spring. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. The staff was friendly and professional. We had a house with an amazing view, everything was clean and they accommodated our 2 dogs as well. We also had a great time in the spa and wellness center. The breakfast was surprisingly diverse and the quality was amazing.

One of the highlights of my stay was the spa area, complemented by both an indoor and outdoor heated pool. It provided a perfect sanctuary to relax and rejuvenate, especially after spending the day skiing. Everything was excellent , the staff were extra professional and polite, the apartment is perfect like home, you have wish to stay in it. The owner left everything for the guests to fill like home. The pool was perfect, the water was not too cold and not too hot. Small but perfect spa.

The spacious apartment is fitted with 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a toaster and a fridge. Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from an outdoor dining area or keep themselves warm by the fireplace on colder days. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security. The host was great and very responsive, the apartment is easily accessible from the back entrance of the Main hotel building complex, and you can enter easily in the Spa center from the back entrances as well, no need to go all the way to the main registration of the Spa. The apartment was nice, one big bed and one sofa suitable for 1 person (the sofa bed was not expanded, one of us 3 girls just slept on the sofa itself, but it would not be comfortable for a grown up man or a taller person). The bonus is that there are 2 bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, which is an improvement from the suites reserved directly from the hotel which have a bathroom only downstairs. Everything was great, we recommend it for sure for couples or groups of 3 girls.
