Very convenient location, staff exceptionally helpful, room facilities very good, We advised them that we were vegetarian and they prepared for us twice special delicious meals and one evening searched around to find a recommendation for a vegetarian restaurant which was excellent.

Well situated in the centre of Kobe, Hotel SUI Kobe Sannomiya by ABEST offers air-conditioned rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a bar. The hotel was very cosy and I loved the private bath area. The hotel also had free snacks and coffee. I highly recommend this hotel. I thought the hotel had a cool atmosphere. You could definitely hang around reception and mingle with other people so it is a social hotel.

TONARINO Hostel for Backpackers is in a prime location in the centre of Kobe, and provides a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. The vibes is very good, it’s old but taken well care of, location is close to many great sites and restaurants, but still very quite and safe. The hostel is sparkling clean, sanitary norms on top levels, people working there are very friendly and helpful. There are privacy curtains on bed, don’t worry about that. Water in shower has good pressure and temperature.

Designed for adults only, Hotel Chapel Sweet is a love hotel that boasts different colourful decors, a spa bath and free Wi-Fi. The free breakfast and parfaits were great! When we ordered additional parfaits, the staff made sure we understood that only the first ones were free. It was helpful that the staff asked what we wanted for breakfast when we checked in, and that we could order parfaits with our smartphones using QR code. In the lobby were bottles of luxurious shampoo, conditioner, skin and hair care liquids, and soap, for us to borrow. We liked watching the Abema TV channel.

Only a 5-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, Capsule Hotel Kobe Sannomiya offers personable capsule beds for male guests only. Guests can refresh in the public baths and sauna rooms. The hotel provided a great selection of hair care products along with it's Onsen-esque bathroom layout. Bathing was comfortable and easy. The capsules were just long enough for me (6'2")and had plenty of room to sit up. I was worried about feeling claustrophobic but was happy with how spacious the capsule was. The staff were incredibly kind and patient with explaining the amenities provided with this stay. As someone who came here for their first capsule hotel experience it is hard for me to imagine anything better than this!
