I didn't get to try the breakfast there but the rooftop restaurant looked amazing, I didn't try the food because I had already eaten elsewhere, but the drinks were tasty and pretty! The location of the hotel was perfect and ideal, the subway was right below so it made it easy to travel to different areas of Kobe. The first thing that caught my attention when walking into my hotel room was the views we saw looking out the window, it was pretty amazing! The room i booked was a bit small but its perfect for 2 people who need to rest after exploring Kobe all day, room might be small to others who prefer big rooms but I loved the room! Hopefully whenever I do have the funds to visit Kobe again, i would definitely book this hotel again.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff at Reception was friendly. They assisted me when I wanted to send my suitcase to other city in Japan.

Very clean. Good facilities - aircon, microwave, washing machines.. helpful staff. It’s as though they’ve thought of everything!

In a prime location in the centre of Kobe, Comfort Hotel ERA Kobe Sannomiya provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The location was extremely convenient for us. I came with friends/boyfriend, and it was a comfortable distance away from Sannomiya Station. Lots of stores and food options nearby. There is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant right next door. How convenient! Overall, very good hotel for the price. If I ever return to Sannomiya, I will be sure to book again.

Located at quiet side of Sannomiya within walking distance of shopping and food outlets. Rooms are of good size with separate toilet cubicle. Elevator/Stacking car park convenient and safe.

Hotel Monte Hermana Kobe Amalie is a 3-minute walk from Sannomiya Hanshin Station and a 10-minute walk from the historical district of Kitano Ijinkan. Great beds with comforters and working AC. the location is easy to find and quiet next to the shrine. Helpful staff that speak well English.
