We went for our honeymoon and they prepared the room with champagne and decorations, this amazing detail melted my heart, you can tell they care. All the staff is super friendly, they were so everything to help you with recommendations for dinner and tours. Derwent house is the best option if you are looking for a “home” feeling, all decorations are amazing, I wanted to buy everything I saw, you can see love and attention in every single detail. Breakfast was espectacular, complete and with good flavor. Afternoon tea, coffee and cakes makes the difference, again you feel taken care of. Thank you to all the staff Luca, Oliver, Gladys, Patience, housekeeping and kitchen for doing our honeymoon very memorable. You won two more customers for life! Will be recommending it as much as we can!

She was helping with EVERYHTING, e.g. she gave me her raincoat when it was raining outside and I didn't have anything to wear. Thanks so much!! - The location in Cape Town is great - its super central, you are just nearby the Kloof St (supermarkets, great restaurants; really everything you need) but at the same time its very quiet and safe! - The place is completely new, clean and just beautiful

I had forgotten a prescription medicine. They arranged a telehealth call with a doctor who emailed us a prescription which we were able to fill quickly and cheaply at the pharmacy across the street. We really appreciated the staff's effort and the ease of the arrangements made. They also stored our extra luggage during a 4-day safari.
