Location is stunning, views of the beach and ocean. We loved waking up to surfers catching waves. Was great to have the staff meet us on arrival to carry my partners bag down the many steps. If you want a cosy 1 bed place a few steps from the bingin beach it’s ideal.

Lighting is quite dim once sun has set. Lovely and cozy when going to bed but not the most ideal for my partner getting ready in the evening. Very minor as everything else was great! Just bear in mind there is a few steps down which can be a challenge in 90% humidity, but that’s Bali for you.

Clean and comfy. Next to airport with free shuttle. Good breakfast included. Nice and helpful stuff. Definitely will stay there again! Walking distance from beach.

The location was close to restaurants, temples, and shops in Ubud. The wi-fi worked well.

The foot access on the lane from Jalan Bisma is very rough and uneven, difficult to handle bags - the hotel should make arrangements to help clients in bringing the bags. The toilet and other facilities are very basic.
