Cutlery, crockery and glasses need to be better managed - should be 2 of everything . Could do with wine glasses not just tumblers

Staff were little hard to find sometimes and the walls are v thin. I heard dogs barking all night but spoke to the villa staff who showed me the dogs were disabled rescued dogs so I just bought ear plugs. Easy.

The location was amazing, down a quiet street 2 mins from the flea market, beach and 7/11s. The villa was stunning!!! So immaculate an luxurious. I’d 100% stay here again. I had Villa 5 which meant I could sunbathe.

The bed was a little hard for my liking but then again I pretty much have the same taste as the Papa bear in the children's story 'Goldilocks and the 3 Bears'.

The studio was great, also the location was ideal for food, cheap shopping and massages.

Honestly the only downside was the bathroom didn’t have a ventilation fan.

The property was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, and in a great location.

A microwave in the room would have been great. There was construction work on the house next door which was noisy but it didn't affect our stay.

The sewerage tank was really bad smell and the staff had to put moth balls in the shower to hide the smell and the moth ball smell was bad

The only issue I had was that it gets no sun - luckily it’s a quick walk to the beach. And it was very noisy - you could hear everything from the rooms either side - even light switches so bring some ear plugs.

The decor & room were really lovely & I would recommend & stay agsin.

Water pressure for shower is slow. The slow water during shower can be quite a nuisance especially after heavy outings, you need a good damn shower. I hope they’ll prepare slippers in the house too since the floor felt a little damp and sandy because Asian like me, I don’t wear my shoes in the house. Haha

The location is really good, not come to 5 mins to walk to the flea market and also just walking distance to entertainment areas too. There’s a nearby convenience store and ATM. Even though it’s in the middle of bustling town, it is quiet. The pool is clean, big spaces and bed is comfy. For the price, it is worth it.

Constant issues with the air conditioning dripping water. The water in the basin and shower would often not be available. If these issues could be fixed, would be a great stay

There is a fridge and a kettle but no toaster nor cook. One of the windows in our room was not closing properly but no mosquitos in the area so no problem :)

The studio is very confortable, with large areas and a welcoming vibe. The location is great, air con works well and the place is very quiet to sleep. There was free bottled water. We had clean housekeeping everyday with clean towels.

There’s a stink in the bathroom, but that’s a Bali problem that’s been around for years so I doubt if there’s much they can do about the sewage. Also there are tiny fruit flies along the walls. Not super bothersome since they don’t really get into anything but they are there. Pool also turned mossy and murky on my last three days.

Clean, spacious and minimally decorated space. I’ve been a fan of the Room&Vespa hotels around Bali and these are some of their bigger rooms. No nonsense decor that’s slightly artsy. Beds and pillows are in great shape. TV has good western channels. location around Seminyak and near beach is irreproachable. Very pleasant staff and you can leave your luggage safely with them if you have a late flight. Pool here is longer and better for doing laps.
