Beautiful and right in the centre close to everything you need. Lovely tucked away accommodation with a pool. The ordered breakfast from the menu was also the most stunning and delicious breakfast I’ve ever had! The staff were super friendly and helpful - we booked the Thai boxing through them and even got all of our laundry washed and dried which was paid by weight so super good value!

The (upgrade by booking.com) Room is very nice, large and clean. The breakfast buffet is good. Parking available. Many small restaurants in the nearby market. 7/11 at the entry of the parking lot.

We arrived by 1:00 PM but were not allowed to check-in. Even to have at least one room (we booked 2) was not granted. Weak excuse: they had not yet time to clean any room...(by 1:00 PM ???)...reservations made by booking.com seem not to get the same priority as others....but when we were allowed to check-in by 3:00 PM (they called us when rooms were ready), the room itself made up for that inconvenience. A bit away from the center (but we had our own car) Towels at swimming did run out fast and were not replaced..you had to go to reception, who had to call housekeeping...etc....that service could be better. You have coffee and tea facilities in the room but the coffee was not re-filled. The hotel and room is very good but it lacks the service level you normally find in Thailand in this type of hotels

Waking up to an elephant breakfast even with a photoshoot was something I will take with me forever. The staff were so friendly and prices were great for a full day of activities.
