I didn't like the fact that the deluxe suite didn't look like in the pictures, and it definitely wasn't big enough for 4 people. The 'sofa bed' wasn't actually a bed, that's why we had to bring two futons into the kitchen and so there was not free space for walking anymore. Also we missed sheets and 1 pillow in the beginning, we told staff about it and went out for a few hours and on our arrival they still didn't have it ready for us and we had to wait almost 1 hour more - at midnight. Still didn't get all the things we needed. So I would say staff was really friendly but not so much competent.

Very good hotel. It is very close to all of kind of transportations. Very Clean rooms. And most of all the staff is exceptional. Nicest staff i ever met in a hotel. When i come back to istanbul i will definitely stay again at this hotel. I recommend it 100%.
