I recently stayed at Grand Iska Hotel and I must say, the experience was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist with any of my needs. The front desk staff were incredibly efficient and helpful, making the check-in and check-out processes smooth and hassle-free. They were knowledgeable about the local area and gave excellent recommendations for dining and activities. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping my room immaculate throughout my stay. Every day, I returned to a clean and comfortable room, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. Special mention goes to Yilmaz who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their attention to detail and proactive approach to service were truly commendable. I also like to thank the other front desk staff that was on the night duty I can’t remember his name but he was amazing too. A good choice if you want to walk around the city and not sit in a hotel. The location is close to the metro, there is no beautiful view, but there is also nothing scary outside the window. Special thanks to the concierge who met us and helped with a taxi at night (2 am). I forgot his name =(

I can’t say that i didn’t like, but the only thing that can be improved in my opinion is the breakfast. It is nice but it is small and everyday the same. It is not a buffet breakfast but personal protions.

The hotel is great - it exceeded my expectations. The rooms are new or renovaved, spacious and really nice. Moreover everything is so clean - they have everyday clean up, which is so pleasant. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is great - there is a few parkings nearby (if you are with car), the tram stations is in 5min walk or 15 min by walk to the geand bazar. My opinion is that the hotel is worth for the money. I truly recomend!

The breakfast consists of the same items every day. Offering a more diverse menu could significantly enhance their property.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is in one of the older suburbs of Istanbul, which may not be the fanciest, but the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from a train station, making it very convenient for traveling around. Our room was on the smaller side and didn't have a balcony, only a window, but it was very clean.
