The sheets not clean , and the bath room look very old, when I check in no towels in the room, try to call use the phone in the room but not working, have to going down to the reception and ask, I was stay there before but this time not happy with the room.

Booking process. I was not able to change and reduce number of days on booking com. Also, Even it is mentioned that for 3 night bookings airport transfer is free, it was not provided and refused to give the same.

Need to improve the cleanliness. A/C system should be improved... 1 ton A/C is not enough for a hotel room though... or it should be centralised AC system

The Shower Stall felt like needles piercing your skin. However,the suite had separate tub withe shower head which was fine.

We received an upgrade from a king room to a junior suite free of charge. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was nice. Once past mid day the pool is in the shade. We had to work most mornings and spent the afternoons wandering the beach. Enjoy the quite back streets and gangs.

The first room I stayed in was not comfortable where the sink in the toilet was leaking and the tv was making laud buzzing sound.

Just a little fungus in the beautiful bathroom marble walls , there was hurt my feelings .

The staff was super helpful, the Lage near anything you need, the pool warm and beautiful. Breakfast the most I like, just right what I need.

The food at the restaurant wasn't good. Despite telling them we're vegetarians, they did not modify their menu a bit. Served just the same for a week.

Liked the location of the resort. It's located in the heart of Kuta.

The locks on the doors were a little damaged which might be a concern to some people, although we didn’t have any trouble. There were works going on in the pool area which meant it wasn’t safe for us to sit by the pool sometimes which was a shame but also expected if work has to be carried out.

Good location, close to the airport and a short walk to the beach and busy areas of Kuta. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The pool was a decent size and very clean. The buffet breakfast was great, lots to chose from!

Pool had a lot of chlorine. The staff would not cook grilled fish for my coeliac son who cannot eat batter so we had to eat somewhere else.

Doors are old , Furniture needs upgrade, No Restaurants near by walking distance,

This isn't a deal breaker but I was upgraded to a handicap room, with a lifted tub. I just found the water to get on the floor really easily. It's located in Kuta in an area that is a few blocks off the beaten path. A more rural area with local food around you, not very touristy, so if you're looking for touristy, it may put you off a little. But I felt very safe in the daytime.

The best western is very comfortable. The room was clean and I love that not only the bed was big, but also had a little sofa and table in the room. The bed was also one of the most comfy of my travels. The pool was beautiful, big and a bit warm, which I know a lot of people would appreciate. The staff is very kind and don't enter the room until you leave for the day which I am not sure how they knew, but were in there when I was gone for like 15 minutes. They provided room service when I ordered down stairs and gave me a bowl when I needed it for outside food. The hotel itself is very large and comfy and good service for the price.
