The beds creak every time you move. Noise seems to be amplified in the dorm. I'm used to sleeping in dorms, I'd just come from a full mixed dorm in Catania where I slept brilliantly - but here noise ricochets around. I was unlucky as there was always someone packing/unpacking, opening the metal lockers or moving about, every hour till dawn, it may be better at other times.

It's a good hostel with plenty of space & good facilities. Very clean, and nice bed linen. The location is pretty good, about a half hour bus ride or walk from the central station. It's a friendly place, with spaces to chat, cook, eat, and work.

It was quite hot in the room and sleeping with window often - quite loud from the street. But you can ask for the earplugs in the reception.

Th vibe of the place was so exceptional, with amazing service and the common space which give you opportunity to hang out with other people. This is perfect place for solo travelers and digital nomads. You have lockers to leave your things in the room, bathroom are regularly cleaned.

The biggest issue was the WI-FI not working 90% of the time. When laying in bed the WIFI signal wasn’t strong enough so I just couldn’t use my phone in the morning and at night. I talked to the receptionist who was really friendly and tried to help and it worked for a few hours when I sat on the terrace after I disconnected and connect my phone to WI-FI for 30 times, but in general it just didn’t work.

The staff in the hostel is very nice and they have a really pretty terrace (big balcony) to hang out at. Bathrooms are getting cleaned by staff daily and are really clean.

Everything was excellent!

Fantastic! Very good location, in a safe district of the city within walking distance to the historic center. I had a huge room with a balcony and two windows with a nice city view. The towels were soft. The hostel is very clean and artistic, and it has an amazing atmosphere. There is a common kitchen, an outside terrace, a huge living-room with various games and books, and a canteen. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I was really excited to stay there!

Very friendly staff, good activities such as social dinner where we all could try traditional Sicilian food from the host and get to know with other travellers. Good breakfast options (for an additional charge). Nice interior and a lot of musical instruments to play, beautiful terrace.

We did not really have a problem, but the windows are old and there is literally no soundproofing. Be prepared to hear the cars or even the people talking on the street (the staff is aware of this and offers free earplugs)

We stayed in the hostel for 4 nights, in a huge room with private bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and polite, and the location is quite good for the price (not downtown, but still within walking distance from the main city landmarks and in a very interesting neighbohood).

The location is okay, about 15 mins to the theatre. The staff is nice and they close the public area after 11 or 10, it is quiet during the night.

It was bit hard to find at first. I walked straight past it as I didn’t see the sign in the door.

It was very chill and had lots of musical instruments you could play if you know how to. There’s a large common room where you can gather round and meet lots of new people. The staff where very friendly.

Noisy street but hey it is city centre and they know so they give you noise cancelling ear plugs. My mattress was thick so that's good but a bit unbalanced.

This was really a lovely stay! Staff has amazing energy, terrace is comfy, kitchen has everything one need, beds are comfortable and stable (I was sleeping on top), it's always clean ... Location is great: 10-15 min walking distance to the centre, but in a quiet (by Palermo standards) area. Social events (dinner and drum seasions) are a nice way to connect even the most introvert guests.
