The location is close to everything and having a pedestrian only street out front was great. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Having a lift was very good. The owner was fantastic, but the host Simona was amazing she went well above expectations to help guests out, thank you Simona .And the 2 beautiful cleaning staff did a great job and were kind and friendly . We enjoyed our stay there very much. Thank you.

Breakfast that you get with Coupon. Just was coffee and Pastry but the quality was not good. Price of parking was 25€ per night.

I enquired about parking before my arrival and I was told it was available. They didn't mention any extra charges on the phone. However, on arrival I was charged €25 extra for the parking.

The host was nice and welcoming. He gave us a bottle of prosecco because it was the New Year's Eve. The room was comfortable and warm. Nothing fancy but clean, comfortable and the location is good.

Friendly host Rooms are comfortable and B&B is situated in a pedestrian area. Parking booking with the B&B and it was just few meters down. Booking of parking is recommended.

Excellent location on quiet pedestrian street very close to historic centre. Very helpful staff. Was very flexible with our check in time. Rooms are small but location more than makes us for this. Minutes to the aero port bus stop

The location is perfect, not to close to the hustle of the city but close enough for a short stroll, the room itself was small but for the amount of time spent in it was adequate. The lady on reception was nice

Room was a little small and breakfast that is included is with a voucher at the espresso bar next door and was for a coffee and a croissant in value.

We didn't like the options of breakfast at the nearby café. The second day, we preferred to take only coffee for breakfast and third day, we left at 7am before the café place opened. The parking fee was expensive 25 euros per day.

Location, clean and confy room.Simona was very friendly and helpful with a smile. We had a good time in Palermo. We liked the location, we could walk all day, come back to rest a little bit, and just go down to find many nice restaurants to eat at, in the same street where we stayed.

The breakfast place was very nice, the only disadvantage was that the food choices for breakfast were limited.

I liked absolutely everything, it was very bright and clean room, in a very good location. Simona was very kind, she welcomed us, we used a convenient parking, literally a minute from the B&B. We had a bottle of prosecco in the room, which to my great regret, I couldn't try it right then.

All good, the room was rather small but for the short stays is perfect.

Very good location in the centre. Comfortable beds. Simona who welcomed us was vary helpful and nice :) Parking is available what was very helpful for us. Breakfast is in the restaurant downstairs, typical sicilian and very good.
