Honestly, just one minor and I mean extremely minor but there was a dirty fork in cutlery storage area. Other than that I couldn’t asked for a better room or stay.

Not much to say except if I am being super picky- Not a great view but then surrounded by other buildings! Area felt safe but not as nice as some other areas I saw. So depending where you want to be. Our 1st visit to Bangkok so not knowledgeable about areas.

Everything-Quiet, very clean, great breakfast with Asian and European choice.Super staff, who are polite and helpful. Bathroom small but adequate, shower was always warm and powerful. Bed comfortable and No problems with Aircon or plumbing!!Short walk to Nana BTS and mall. Lots of cafes, bars etc in the area.

Very good place to stay. We were there with family and everyone enjoyed the time in Aira. Big and comfortable king-size beds, amazing view, very clean. Nice stuff, good service and fantastic breakfasts. Very nice pool area. We will return one day. Definitely recommend!

The room had a horrible smell due to a smell coming out of the air conditioning unit. When I reported this to the hotel, a handy man came and sprayed air fresher inside which didn’t solve the issue. I was genuinely worried for my health.

Great location if you want to be in the hustle and bustle of things. Also some fantastic breakfast options.

We didn’t realise that we needed the key card for the room to active the lift. Should have been told that on arrival. Also you get free WiFi with your room but as soon as you check out it switches off meaning that when I ordered a cab I had order issues as could no longer contact my driver who I was waiting for. Would be better if they allowed the WiFi to last at least an hour after you leave. Not everyone has data travelling.

Breakfast was phenomenal. So many options, both traditional breakfasts and Thai treats. The Tv was massive as was the bed! Lots of little details in bedroom like toothbrushes etc incase you forgot your own. The hotel pool was also idyllic and gave a lovely view of the city.

Its better to consider Indian food for Breakfast as lots of Tourists from India are staying here in this hotel. Location is so very good as reachability to other areas are very very good

Loved the bath overlooking the city, the included breakfast and the amenities provided. As a guest with club lounge access there were free snacks and drinks throughout the day and even an included happy hour which we were super surprised by! Staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.

The room and whole floor had a cigarette smell to it and we ended up being quite sick as a result. It took three solid days of clean air before we felt better. This was also compounded by the constant traffic outside the hotel (which is no fault of the hotel) plus being in a red light district was a little disappointing. Seeing sex workers leave the hotel early morning also was not appropriate for children to be around with their bottoms hanging out of their short dresses.

Our room was quite smelly (I'd say a mix of sweat and humidity) but you couldn't open the window so the smell just stuck around. I think generally speaking the rooms were more run down than the photos showed. We had zero view. Most annoying though was that we were on the 3rd floor just above the restaurant, and from 7 am onwards you'd hear the massive chairs scraping the floor non stop. Made it quite hard to have a good night's sleep, but I didn't want to complain about it as we had already changed room once. Also, if like me you visit Bangkok the first time and thought this area is the business district, it's actually mainly a party area with lots of clubs, drunk tourists and some very dodgy people. However, the hotel is conveniently located to both the blue and green lines, so I guess you can't have it all! But I probably wouldn't stay in that area again myself.

The staff were all extremely nice and helpful, we loved the pool, and the room was very clean. We were here for our honeymoon and got a little dessert and balloons when we arrived which we thought was very sweet and attentive. We were allowed to leave our luggage on the last day as we had a night flight which was also very appreciated. We were first put in a connecting room which was very loud (you could literally hear every breath of the people in the room next door) but were able to change room without any fuss when we asked for it. Also the shuttle service to train stations was great with the heat. Pier21 at terminal 21 was one of our favourite places to try local food and it was super affordable.

We had a superb time. Received a free upgrade to the jacuzzi room. It was exclusive. There is a Starbucks right inside the building. Food and Bars are everywhere literally. Halal food also available. Smoking rooms available on request. Swimming pool is very unique style. Staff are excellent.

I understand this is a tourist full destination but I would have appreciated being left alone each time I walked in and out of the hotel rather than being asked where I was going and what I was doing with the goal to sell me a tour. I like that they have that but would have appreciated just knowing they have that available and I would reach out if I needed it.

This hotel is fitted with high end luxury style.The room was spacious and cosy with all the amenities you would need.Room service available past midnight which was amazing,the food was finger licking good.

Great location in the city centre and close to the BTS sky train. The staff are amazing and always helpful with advice and service. Rooms were great and we enjoyed a few days around the pool. Some nice bars on the road outside if you want a lazy day close to the hotel
