Hotel Ninja Black is well located in Kyoto, and features a garden, free WiFi and a shared lounge. Hotel was as advertised. Rooms were clean, relatively spacious, and the hotel has a ninja theme. The check-in was fast and efficient. There is a vending machine for drinks inside, that is appreciated. There is also a common room where you can grab a drink along with a selection of books in English and Japanese. In addition, there is a garden outside with a couple of tables. The location is close to the Imperial Palace, there are a few convenience stores nearby and other food joints.

Set in Nishijin, Villa Front Kyoto Seimei ヴィラフロント京都晴明 offers accommodation with a flat-screen TV and a kitchen. A microwave and kettle are also featured. The room was amazing. Very close with the bus stop and Family Mart. The electric was completely. I recommend this place for everyone visiting.

In a prime location in the centre of Kyoto, THE JUNEI HOTEL Kyoto Imperial Palace West provides Asian breakfast and free WiFi. This small boutique hotel is located in quite area of Kyoto, close to the imperial palace. The staff made our stay very pleasant and were always ready to accommodate any request or questions we had. The rooms where large even by western standards, more than 40 m2 and the bathroom with the tub was wonderful. Also it in a very quiet location so there is no noise of any kind.

Right in front of Kyoto Imperial Palace, Kyoto Garden Palace offers free WiFi in all areas of the hotel. The hotel features a restaurant, and it provides bicycle rentals and massage services. Great location, beautiful hotel

Situated in Kyoto and with Kyoto International Manga Museum reachable within 1.4 km, Hotel Traveling Bridge Nijojo features express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi... Absolutely everything was great and we will stay again when we return to Japan Room was so spacious with a gorgeous little garden view TV has Netflix, YouTube ect bathroom was gorgeous

Located in Kyoto, 1.1 km from Nijo Castle and 1.7 km from the centre, Rinn Shiki Juraku provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a garden. This is a great place to stay for when you want to have your own private quiet space (and a bit more space than a typical hotel room), but still want to be cared for by hotel-like staff. We landed on this place because I wanted to stay in a typical Ryokan, but my husband wanted his own bathroom. It was the best stay of our Japan trip out of 3 hotels that were all far above average. It feels very secluded and private, there are around 10 apartments in total and everyone has their own entrance. There's a coin washing machine as well. There is a small breakfast buffet with really great coffee and they provide some free snacks during the day as well I believe. All in all it feels really kind and caring.
